Can't think of any cons

For middle and upper-management level office employees, this is a company ripe with opportunity and inclusive culture. Work-life balance has been a pro for me. I’ve set my boundaries for weekends and nights. And while others don’t seem to draw that line in their own work, they are understanding of my boundaries as a family man.

For entry level employees, this may be a good but not great option. People are great but can be cliquey and territorial. Ageism is prevalent and upper management is a tight nepo/good ol boys circle. All great people, but that should be your expectation walking into the office.
