I worked with Shavik for 1.5 Years in Melbourne office. SHAVIK is an innovation hub where the team learns and earns together. Management gives enough opportunities to grow as a person. The best thing about SHAVIK is you always feel like home. SHAVIK leadership got many brilliant people on board which helps the team as and when required. Organization respect your ideas and management try their best to take those ideas on next steps.
Cons
Management has a lot of expectations from employees - If you don't like challenges SHAVIK is not a place for you.
