Consultants are encouraged to be autonomous, take ownership of their careers, set their own goals and work closely with leaders to ensure they have the support and resources needed to achieve them. The best analogy I can think of is the transition from high school to university – nobody is constantly looking over your shoulder or telling you what to do, but there is an abundance of support, expertise and guidance available whenever you need it. The level of care shown by senior leadership is rare, and there is a strong sense of collaboration and camaraderie across the business. Access to leadership, including the founders, has been invaluable to my own development. I've built lifelong relationships here and feel a great deal of pride being part of the business.
