Consultants are encouraged to be autonomous, take ownership of their careers, set their own goals and work closely with leaders to ensure they have the support and resources needed to achieve them. The best analogy I can think of is the transition from high school to university – nobody is constantly looking over your shoulder or telling you what to do, but there is an abundance of support, expertise and guidance available whenever you need it. If you have the internal drive and motivation to succeed, the business gives you every opportunity to do so. The level of care shown by senior leadership is rare, and there is a strong sense of collaboration and camaraderie across the business. The learning and development opportunities are outstanding, with clear pathways for those aspiring to become Partners or simply be the best recruiters they can be. Access to leadership, including the founders, has been invaluable to my own development. I've built lifelong relationships here and feel a great deal of pride being part of the business.
