Pros
Great benefits; new leadership over the last couple of years making positive changes; evolving technology products; hard working people; renewed emphasis on recognition of employees and giving back to community; days fly by quickly; many talented professional working here; company has had its challenges in the past but I have seen lots of evolution in company over the last few years.
Cons
Sharp has to consider implementing at least some type(s) of flexible benefits (job sharing, flexible hours, compressed work week, telecommuting, summer hours, etc.) to remain competitive and to attract and retain the current generation of working professionals.Company needs more comprehensive training programs; The training programs offered are limited and not in line with the needs and desires of the population.
