Pros
So far, the only thing I really need to focus on is my work. I rarely have to worry about administrative tasks and other hassles, which allows me to fully concentrate on my job. The salary is also good

There is not much transparency regarding salary and overtime pay details, although the compensation appears fair overall. (nothing to be worried from my side A significant number of annual leave days are deducted, and there is a lack of clarity regarding the policy and calculations.
