Pros

Yes, we have gone through a lot of recent changes as a company. We are trying to find our new identity as Sharecare. These are exciting times for us; innovation, outside the box thinking opportunities, a chance to impact a culture shift. I think more than ever those who want to step up as leaders have a huge opportunity to do so and be heard, at least in my area of the business. Change is uncomfortable but perspective and attitude are everything. I work with some of the smartest more talented people that I can actually also call friends. Other pros: - Generous PTO - Employer matched HSA - Flexibility for work at home when needed (in my role) and encouraged work-life balance from my leaders - Transparent and approachable leadership - Talented colleagues

Cons

- Leadership development- we are lacking leadership development opportunities. We tend to move leaders into leadership roles without the well-rounded support they need to be successful and thriving leaders. We are still in a bit of a reactive state vs proactive in this case. - Well-Being improvement opportunities- we are currently at the cusp of reestablishing what our well-being priorities are at Sharecare and how we implement some well-being activities, I know it’s a leadership priority right now, it has just been missing the last year and a half or so and still does not exist. But I know it’s coming! - Because of the recent minimizing of resources, I have colleagues that are doing the work of multiple roles. Some have lots of trouble prioritizing projects and managing workload because of our smaller teams.

We truly appreciate the time you took to write this thoughtful review. Your viewpoint on the changes we’re all navigating is both refreshing and encouraging. We do recognize that growth leads to change, which can lead to the challenges you’ve referenced (such as shifting job responsibilities). That said, it’s our colleagues’ ability to see change as positive that will play a critical role in achieving the objectives we’ve set forth, including our ability to impact well-being on a global scale. We also recognize we still have work to do, and it’s important our colleagues know that the things you’ve mentioned above – development opportunities and well-being support for our colleagues – are both top-of-mind for our leaders. If you ever have suggestions of how to positively impact our business and/or colleague experience, we encourage you to share those with your leaders and team members. Again – many thanks for the review. Keep up the important work you do and your great outlook!

Pros

Great team and benefits enable personal growth

Cons

The foundation model for their business is flawed, giving members points for being healthy is great, but often times having members take advantage of the remote aspect of the role, being rude and not following company requirements. Sharecare doesn't nullify or prevent this, causing coaches to be burdened with both angry carriers and requirements from the company. All while stressing about the metrics. Add in not fully explained job requirements until 6 months, where you are handling up to 80 calls in a day. With managers that do little to help mental and day you just need to be better.
