Pros

There are zero pros about this place.

Cons

Owner's license was suspended. The environment is hostile, toxic, tense, stressful, and unprofessional. Mandatory 8:30am-6:30pm work hours that must be done at the office (but expect to work at least until 8:00pm). The pay is far below average and it is difficult to negotiate it. The firm expects large firm dedication & hours, but they pay less than other small firms with bare minimum benefits. You are called a salaried employee, but it's hourly. No bonus structure. Extremely high turnover and micromanaging. Zero mentorship and training. No remote/hybrid work option. Inadequate health insurance, which is difficult to obtain. No access to paystubs. You have to take time off for personal matters, but if you stay late one night it doesn't make up time and you don't get paid for it. You can only accrue 6 vacation days a year and you can't use them until you've been there one year. The only way to accrue additional time off or make up missed time for appointments, is to work on the weekend. Computer systems are bottom tier. Some professional attire is inappropriate. Phone calls are sometimes carried out in public hallways and unprofessional and vulgar language is used, making it difficult to take client calls. Employee meetings are typically demeaning. Attorney's are inappropriately yelled at in front of colleagues. Employees are called lazy. Woburn is there only office location.
