The employees at Shape are a good group of people that have solid backgrounds. Employees work well together and there is a level of respect amongst the teams.
Cons
Over the last couple of years as the company's prospects have diminished there is a growing distrust of the executive team. There is little transparency and the actual company's financial situation is well guarded. Hours can be long and hard with little hope for any return.
