      Good commissions (whenever they feel like paying you)

      Cons

      Just about everything I had to deal with from start of signing the job to completing the job. I wish I could say more but ignore working here for anybody thats interested

      Pros

      Lots of management help and Shanco has a good reputation which helps when selling.

      Cons

      Feazel signed a crm agreement and can’t get out of that contract so we use GAF projects for a crm. Not the best crm. Their getting Salesforce “soon”

      It's all about results - they push their employees hard, gripe about taking time off, and want everything done yesterday!
