Pros
There are no direct pros to working with this company. The opening night of their shows are good networking events... but you dont need to work for them to take advantage of that.
Cons
I worked with this company for years. First: laughably poor communication skills throughout the organization. Second: There is not a single person on their staff that will take personal responsibility, passing the buck is their MO. They are ethically lacking aswell. There have been multiple occasions where they have not issued paychecks, and their contracts are almost abusive (they actually tried to have a crew strike the set for a week without pay because they were "contractually obligated to strike the set" These are grifters and con artists using the guise of creating theater to stroke their own egos. They have no concern for the well-being of any of their contractors... Flat rate weekly pay, regardless of hours worked. Avoid them at all costs.
