Pros
From 2010 until 2019 it was a great, profitable, fun, and a trusting place to work.
Cons
From 2019 onward, when Shaker made a move to a larger office and warehouse, the company changed dramatically. 75% of the staff were unhappy. It became toxic. Management now treats everyone like a number. Most of their best people are gone now. I know they lost a few aces that worked there for a while. These people worked hard to get them to where they are. They forgot all about that. It's like their motto became, "get as much as you can out of them for the cheapest pay".
