      I like my coworkers. Smart, nice people. Collaborative rather than competitive environment. Interesting product. Fair policies. Flexible. Good work/life balance.

      A growing company so still working out some issues as they expand. Priorities can change quickly.

      Pros

      Shadow Health has the feel of a medium size company with the benefits and opportunities of a larger corporation. Workers are given a great degree of autonomy in the efforts to help make the nursing simulation software which is an awesome feeling.

      Cons

      Most Cons that I have had with the company have been resolved in the last 6 months. Management seems the most in-touch they have ever been, salaries have increased for a number of the technical roles to be more competitive with other software companies (including mine!), and there are a lot of career growth opportunities now that the company has been acquired by Elsevier.
