Great environment and great culture as such.

Low pay scale and often disrespect employee when asked about hike in salary.

I worked at sfumato for 1 years , and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The work environment is toxic, and the management is unprofessional and unsupportive.

Poor Morale: Employee morale is low due to constant criticism and lack of appreciation. The high turnover rate speaks volumes about the dissatisfaction among staff.
