Pros
The mission of the company is honorable, and virtually everyone buys into providing good care for the perople we serve.
Cons
Senior management, particularly the Chief Operating Officer, apply rules inconsistently. The Human Resource Department is inefficient, but under the leadership of the Chief Human Resources Officer, inefficient employees are protected. We have many problems with Field HR, but those creating the problems are protected and promoted. No salary increases in four years, and none expected.
