-Small office and work environment. -Strong mentorship internally with experienced engineers. -You get to work on some of the biggest and most interesting projects in the country. -Site work (pro for some people including myself).

-Only one office, so you have to be in or near NYC. -The onboarding process is non-existent, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
