      Pros

      Great management, visible and celebrated wins, great internal promotion opportunities, client engagement and networking opportunities. An amazing and supportive team culture!!

      Cons

      Haven't found any yet. I have been here for 6 months and have enjoyed every minute. Sometimes volumes are quite high (like all recruitment companies) but we always work together to close roles down.

      Company is genuinely invested in their employees.

      It's RPO, so there's always a risk of being benched or being laid off.

      Pros

      Lots of growth if that is what you are looking for.

      Cons

      Long hours and unable to maintain a work life balance, even working remotely. Too high of a workload that you won’t see from other companies. Laid off a large portion of US based employees to being in contractors at a cheaper price. Gross.
