We appreciate your feedback. The Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey takes many factors into account – including benefits. We are happy to be a certified GPTW for the past seven consecutive years. While we believe our benefit package is one of the best in the industry, there is always room for improvement. We are currently upgrading our company benefits and look forward to sharing the enhanced benefits package with our team members in coming months. We will keep looking into the educational reimbursement options and see how we can improve this in the future. We continue to look at ways to diversify our teams at all levels. Earlier this year we discussed the Golden Rule and how our company values (integrity, respect, teamwork, excellence and charity) relate to social reform. At Sevan there is an open door policy to openly discuss anything on people’s minds. We are strong believers in transparency - and always welcome questions and concerns. We have a very unique and diverse workforce. About 80 percent of our team members work remotely across North America and Europe. We have office-based teams in Downers Grove, Illinois and London, U.K. who were hired as mainly office-based team members to be present for collaboration in an office environment with large groups. We have flexible time-off and strongly encourage team members to proactively work with supervisors on any flexibility they may need to balance work and personal responsibilities.
