Pros
I read some of the earlier reviews. It's hard to believe anyone would write anything so negative. SetPoint is a great place to work. It has been well led from the beginning and continues to be. The team has navigated many growing pangs along the way (to be expected in a high profile startup with such a novel therapy).
The outlook for SetPoint is overwhelmingly positive, from the new CEO, how the leadership team works together, to the results of our early trails.
It's unfortunate that we've had a disgruntled ex-employee or two along the way. I'm sorry they didn't get to experience the same SetPoint I am...
It is a true pleasure working with the team at SetPoint.

It's a startup. Many moving parts, shifting priorities, but all in all a great place to work.
