Pros

I read some of the earlier reviews. It's hard to believe anyone would write anything so negative. SetPoint is a great place to work. It has been well led from the beginning and continues to be. The team has navigated many growing pangs along the way (to be expected in a high profile startup with such a novel therapy). The outlook for SetPoint is overwhelmingly positive, from the new CEO, how the leadership team works together, to the results of our early trails. It's unfortunate that we've had a disgruntled ex-employee or two along the way. I'm sorry they didn't get to experience the same SetPoint I am... It is a true pleasure working with the team at SetPoint.

Cons

It's a startup. Many moving parts, shifting priorities, but all in all a great place to work.

Pros

Everybody is supportive/encouraging, always ready to help out and answer questions. Always ready to support interns and help them grow. It's great to know that the work you are doing is helping to change lives.

Cons

None, 10/10 would recommend SetPoint.

Pros

A strong team of both accomplished and budding leaders. It's a fun and dynamic place to work, but medical device development happens at a slow pace compared with entertainment or consumer products. Company has a solid track record of innovation and is a great place to work. I enjoyed working with the leadership team. They walked the walk and led by example. SetPoint pays pretty well for a start up and has very competitive benefits. I'd work there again, but another opportunity came up I couldn't turn down.

Cons

Medical device development takes a long time and the pace can be frustrating waiting for clinical results, quality programs and long development timelines.
