Pros
Some smart people doing their best in a terrible environment.
Cons
If I could sum up my time here in one word, it’d be EXHAUSTING. The CEO is all smiles when things are going well, but totally disappears when real leadership is needed. There’s no clear vision, no strategy, and honestly, no clue what’s going on half the time. You’re left trying to do your job in a constant state of confusion and fear while leaders at the top play the blame game whenever something goes wrong. It’s a high-pressure environment where you feel like you’re always being watched or set up to fail. Upper management is rude and out of touch, and they’ve created a culture where people are afraid to speak up. Feedback is either public humiliation or radio silence, and when layoffs hit, they didn’t even offer severance. The whole setup feels brutal, disrespectful, and honestly kind of ridiculous for a company that pretends to care about its people.
