      Pros

      Do what you want! No one to really guide you as an incoming graduate student, HR is helpful. People are nice though!

      Cons

      People sitting in the front row, so called 'Analysts' are a joke. Take your job description and throw it in the trash can cause you maybe just replying to customer emails.
