Terrible Middle management. If you are hitting quota management will leave you alone & will not bother you. If you are not hitting quota, expect to be micromanaged to the most extreme intent regarding making more calls throughout the day. Making sure that you are hitting over 50 dials a day, requested to listen to gong calls everyday, even after work hours. It isn't uncommon to hear from management that in order to be great - you'll have to stop listening to music, and listen to gong calls everyday during your life outside of work. Micromanagement, lack of work life balance, and middle management does not have a pulse on what is going on within the sales team. I've seen employees who are still currently employed with Service Titan morals go down over time from working with the company, I've seen employee's mental health completely being thrown down the drain & they are not the same person as they were coming into the company. & Middle management has no clue. It speaks to the dying & draining culture that is happening currently at Service Titan... Which is also why there turnover rate for employee's is extremely & incredibly high..... This also speaks to why as they are always continuously hiring at this company for more SDR's - because a lot of people are quitting and or getting terminated. Not a lot of retention going on - and again you must question why people are not wanting to stay & also why are people getting fired? A lot of big question marks for this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is a lot more bad then there is good - and I hope you all are sincerely reviewing these reviews prior to signing on with this company.
