Pros
Great place for college grads to get their start in a corporate setting and build experience quickly. The training wheels come in the style of the environment; laid back, casual and open to learning opportunities. Great way to build your experience, your network and make friends since many of the centers are 200 + employees between the ages of 25- 35.
Cons
Many costs advantageous to employees; raises, performance bonuses, engagement events and rewards, have gone out the window. First-level employees get paid less than the same-type roles in the market and first-level management has trouble keeping up with business demands which causes frustrations and high turnover for all bottom-level roles. This company machine also runs a bit haphazardly. Impractical business strategies are put in place; outside sales and account management teams over promise on unrealistic deals and it typically hurts first level management & employees because they are not properly prepared or well-lead.
