Pros

The environment was amazing. I loved my coworkers SO much!

Cons

The pay is crap. Nobody can live on their pay. I knew several people waiting on their 90 day raise one who had been there a year! It is ridiculous. Expect your pay to be 12 an hour which is absolutely pitiful because fast food pays more than that and you'll be doing the job of atleast 4 people. Then the owners. They hire you to do a job and they should trust you to do just that but they don't. They have a routine I noticed while there, every few weeks they just blow up and make you feel little. You will feel like crap. I seen a girl cry after talking with the upstairs owner. There is no positive feedback nor constructive criticism. They micromanage you into oblivion. They will want this this this then when you do that it suddenly is something else. They need to learn to trust their employees, actually give positive feedback when needed and PAY BETTER. They have these huge houses meanwhile their employees are making barely over $300 a week after taxes and living on government assistance. RUN FAR AWAY. I knew atleast 10 people looking for better jobs (half the office staff and half techs). You deserve better than this place. I left the moment I got a better opportunity AND STARTED AT 20 AM HOUR FOR LESS STRESS in the office.

Pros

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

Cons

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

Pros

decent starting pay and company vehicle

Cons

Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
