      Good job to start off if you need a job Flexible job

      Cons

      Management often hard to deal with if you want any promotion or compensation Working conditions often depend on coworkers to function well (if you have coworkers that arent the best, you're going to struggle as you will have to fill in for them) Repetitive working environment that gets old easily

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
