Pros

Commission. Company car. That's all.

Cons

This was literally the worst job I have ever had. I was the only female sales rep on my team and it was blatent discrimination. They wanted me to be at over $500k/month in sales without giving me a book of business and/or having any Top Build accounts. Other reps with Top Build accounts were averaging about $450k/month in 3rd party sales, after being with the company almost 20 years... Yet, they wanted me to have more sales than them after 6 months. President of Top Build and service Partners didn't care that I was being discriminated against. Neither did the eeoc. Good thing their lawyers had some shiny charts in their rebuttal, as it was a joke of a rebuttal. Women, good luck with this company.

Pros

Some customers are cool but most prefer to not work with service partners

Cons

Super corporate. They promise weeks of training but they don't train you in anything you need to know. You compete with other top build companies internally and not allowed to sell against them (ADO, Silverman, DI). You can't control your customers getting good service because of the corporate blocks. No sense of urgency. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered by almost everyone. Branches always run out of material needed for sales. Gutters are impossible to get yet. Everyone is micro managed
