Employees are nice. They don't need you to have experience to hire you.

Salary is terrible. Learning process. They don't really teach you, you must learn. But they're not going to worry about if you are learning something, suffering or just thinking about goats. Plus, managers don't seem to know much.

-They give you a lot of responsibility and freedom of action. -Some departments with very involved and collaborative people.
