Pros

- Good friendly team members and 'selected' good team leaders.

Cons

- KPI is just an absolute joke. Unable to realistically achieve. (Gets written up if not able to achieve for month) - Minimum wage not enough to cover cost of living. - Avoid at all cost as the job you will get stressed and you go home thinking what have you done, - Bullying and harrassments needs to be reviewed. - As an outsource, all they care about is profit from the contract and if they don't get the result, they fire dead weight staff members instantly. - We are treated with disrespect from higher management and they don't care about us as we are just number. - Not worth applying honestly. You rather have a good social life than working for a toxic environment.
