Pros
Made some close friends there and sometimes there was free food. Everyone was equally as miserable so could relate to each other to an extent.
Cons
Where do I start? Micromanaged down to the last nanosecond, constant system issues where the only solution we're told is "continue taking calls," spontaneous fumigation causing breathing problems, toilets with soiled sanitary items and literal waste on the floor, filthy kitchens, people being pulled from training or fired without notice...not to mention the terrible customers. At one point, we were banned from having even drinks at our desks. One person was almost fired for snacking at their desk. Union rep was here thrice a week at one point. He got a lot of new members. Also- very little support and debriefing- you do get EAP sessions but they're limited and then you get told to go see a counsellor- which you can't because you're not granted time off! No wonder the turn over is so high. If we want something done, it takes at least a few months and a ridiculous amount of lobbying. If management wants something implemented, it's done right away, with no notice. This is just the tip of the bad iceberg.
