They tried at times. Decent hours.

The owner is a control freak and doesn’t know how to delegate. She wonders why her business is failing. Maybe it’s because she doesn’t know how to talk to her coworkers, she pays her staff below the wage in LA County and there are no benefits whatsoever. There is no accountability for their management either. As a result they have a high turn around in staff. They need to reevaluate themselves and restructure.
