      Pros

      my location never seemed to have any toxic upper management issues - everyone was always really nice. Pay is alright for retail.

      Cons

      I was a flex employee with another job and my shifts were cut in half (hourly) during the holiday season. It wasn’t always possible to pick up more hours to add to that shift, so during the holidays my paychecks were a lot smaller

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
