Benefits Bonuses Gratis Uniform Consistent hours if FT PT can really make their own schedule Amazing health benefits for FT and a really great employee discount

Cons

Sickness or mental health not considered priority if management FT do not get to restrict availability in any way (ie 1 night class or a sport) Company puts clients before employees even if they're abusive or harassment If you are found to be questioning development or if you want to stay they try to manage you out Poor pay for salaried vs amount of responsibilities/stress Opportunities are there but there is a lot of gate keeping

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
