Pros

GRATIS, enjoy meeting and working with new people, engaging with clients, learning and teaching new things every day, brand ETC's and trainings, also have an awesome management team, got to experience every world (colour, skin, cash, fragrance and operations), discounts are great and have special additional discounts, and especially being the first people to get news and updates on popular products (very exciting). Management actually listens to the goals you want in terms of career choices and where you want to move forward in the company.

Cons

This location gets SUPER busy at most times and gets overwhelming, especially working in cash and colour, having to help and multitask with different clients at once can be difficult especially being tight on time, clients trashing the store and throwing garbage around, damaging products and testers

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
