      Pros

      Overall an okay place to work. The vibe can be motivating, but it really depends on the Operations Manager though. Gratis (free stuff) was great when I was there, but I have heard it's not what it used to be.

      Cons

      No boundaries or understanding of personal time, backhanded comments, favoritism, music on contant repeat, etc.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
