No learning opportunity even senior employees don't know about the chip design. Mundane work, if you are eager to learn will truly frustrated. No leave. You need to be mentally prepared for this. No appreciation to well performing employee. Management should be improved in lot many ways. There is no use with the experience of simple excel, powerpoint and day to day activities you can't clear any interview in future. Lack of corporate culture and no business level communication.
