      Pros

      Food truck atmosphere - fun, changing, and good food! Pay for the delivery side of it was good (not sure about the rest of the company).

      Cons

      Food truck atmosphere flexibility - (relatively) chaotic nature of service from a food truck like figuring things out on the fly and potential shift changes. Communication lacking (see below). May have to ask some questions.
