Pros

- Fun group of people to work with - Pays well, the per diem at 600/week is falling behind what other companies make - Small company feel - Gets your foot in the wind industry

Cons

- Raises are hard to come by. - 100% traveling. - They do not pay for flights home or mileage. You only get a company truck if your a manager or highly regarded foreman. - They're always a bit short handed and the managers are typically used as Safety/HR and procurement. - 3-4 month layoffs in the winter
