They JUST started their RRSP contributions but you need to be working for minimum 2 years before you can start contributing.
Cons
Management sucks and micromanages everything. No work life balance. Management gaslights you at every opportunity. If Management doesn't like you than good luck because they will make your life miserable for the littlest things. Benefits suck and employees have complained but higher ups could care less as long as they take their 3 vacations a year. Last year they made well over $600mil but salary raises are horrendous, I got a $0.60 raise like they were doing me a favour. No chance for growth because they gatekeep all the higher up positions and tell you that you need to "improve" and "learn more" in order to grow but with no backing or training to help you grow. Training is a joke, it's basically throw you into the wolves and see if you can survive and you'll "figure it out" as you go.
