Organization has good HR policies. Employees are given good facilities. Promoter of the organization is pretty approachable and mostly listens to the concerns of employees. Factory also has very good facilities.

A bit of micromanagement by some dept heads.

Good work culture, organization culture and everything is very good honestly.

I didn't have the opportunity to work with them extensively to identify any cons, as my internship was only 45 days long, but it was enjoyable to work here.
