They prioritize employee growth and development through mentorship programs and access to cutting-edge technology. Impactful Work: Working at SentinelOne is exciting as we are making a meaningful impact, we see our customers as our first priority and the impact we are making is seen immediately by them, starting with listening to their needs and all the way to crafting a solution in a record time to meet their concerns.

      Cons

      High Workload: As with any rapidly growing company, the workload can be intense at times. It can be challenging to maintain a work-life balance. Fast-Paced Environment: SentinelOne operates in a fast-paced environment, and some employees may find it challenging to keep up with the pace. Remote Work: The company's remote work policy may not be suitable for everyone. Some employees may find it challenging to adapt to a remote work environment.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
