      Pros

      Great company at the right time and right space. It is amazing that a company of 350 people can match companies 4 or 5x its size punch for punch and win in such a competitive space and market. With that said, everyone needs to do their job and it show results. We are too lean and moving to fast to carry dead weight. Most of the negative reviews of S1 on this site are from people who couldn't show results or didn't do their job.

      Cons

      This is a very competitive space and SentinelOne is on a rocketship ride, so it is a lot of work coming fast and always changing.

      - Fast paced environment - for some this could mean a steep learning curve - Growing company challenges - you need to be ready for process changes and change in general as the company scales

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
