      Pros

      Technology is conceptually good, though some of the ‘differentiators’ are gimmicky. Tech/product management team is solid. Pay is in line with other security start ups in the Bay Area.

      Cons

      Turnover has been out of control over the past 6 months. Take a look on LinkedIn, and look at how the Glassdoor reviews have taken a nosedive over this timeframe. New leadership is driving the company into the ground. The new office is great, but does it matter if everyone working there is miserable and looking to leave?

      - Fast paced environment - for some this could mean a steep learning curve - Growing company challenges - you need to be ready for process changes and change in general as the company scales

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
