Pros
To be fair and honest, I do not know where to Start. I have been with Sensient for over 2 years now. Perhaps I should have done this earlier. The Mgmt is demanding and why not, they should be! That being said - they truly believe that employees are their greatest asset. They stand by it. They train every single employee and no one is an exception. They firmly believe that its the employees who are steering the ship - so huge amount of time, effort and resources are devoted towards training all. Engagement is another area and the focal point is now on improving the same, taking it to the next level. Above all, I have never come across a situation wherein my Boss / Reporting manager has said - I have no time for you. Its an absolute Open Door Policy. You are simply a knock away. This is such a fantastic proposition wherein all you have to do is walk up - talk - discuss and close the topic! Why wouldn't you like to work for such a Boss and by extension Sensient!
