      Sensient STL is filled with good hard working people that pull together when needed. The company invests back in the site to continue to improve the systems in place.

      Cons

      Training program is somewhat lacking and needs a revamp of structure.

      Pros

      My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
