Pros
+ Flexible work arrangements. Although if some people believe you should be in the office, they will make doing your job difficult. + Overall, the company does care about its employee's well-being. + Regular all-hands meetings and team meetings, which make you feel in the loop with the Sense's direction.
Cons
- In the first six months, you will think, "this is a great company", then Sense will show its true colors. - Plentiful amount of talking/meetings without action or direction. - In a growth phase, which comes with pain and frustration. - Some Engineering Managers avoid conflict resolution, which leads to some engineers just doing whatever they want. - If you have experience, do not expect you'll use it. If you are new, no one cares.
