Pros
Wonderful company that promotes from within. They value the feedback of their employees and treat all employees fairly. They have an expectation of excellence for their residents and hold employees accountable to provide that level of service. In addition to growth opportunities, they mentor individuals and provide continuous support. I respect my supervisior and she has always made me feel appreciated and valued.
Cons
Salaries are comparable but not as high as other companies. Benefits are competitive but time off is less than my previous employer. I only earn approximately 2-3 weeks a year in comparison to 4-6 with previous employer.
