The organization is constantly evolving and making changes to increase employee satisfaction , promote wellness, and is very supportive about providing resources and training to better their employees. Their benefits itself has significantly improved over the last few years. Management team is strong, very knowledgeable about this industry and truly care about their residents and employees. This is a very mission-driven place to work and very rewarding!
Cons
They are trying to stay competitive with wages, but as a non-profit, this continues to be struggle to compete with wages offered by for-profit organizations of similar industry.
