As far as Senior flextronics go a good company on paper that's why I joined them BUT.....
Cons
I was sold a promise to progress to team leader given my experience & current team leader retiring in 3 months.....but it stops there as i was shafted even after passing another internal interview a friend of management stepped into the role so there went any chance of progression. Senior are out of touch ofvthe real problems at ( L.P.E) as they umbrella an older company they bought out years ago and boy there are some deep routed ugly problems. The turn around of staff is scary to say the least and supports the poor Ethics & work culture. "Management" (so called) are off the scale poor & are only concerned if their bonus targets are not met. The fettling workshop Known as " The Viper pit " (L.P.E) has the ability and reputation to turn employees against one another. Extremely clicky and if your face doesn't fit your work place can be made so uncomfortable it can physically make you ill. Sadly a place I couldn't wait to get out of in all my 42 years of work history. If you want to work for a company with Nepotism as its highest value then this is the place for you.
