Pros
people on the shop floor are great to work with as long as youre eager to learn and work. people in my department were very friendly and treat you as a part of the family.
Cons
for starters the corporate/ HR staff are horrible to talk to they treat shop floor/ blue collar workers like theyre below them, they will be little you for the smallest things. mandatory saturdays the last 2 weeks of the month. they care more about product turnover rate then your personal life. they will tell you its easy to grow from within but its a complete lie. And for being one of the biggest aerospace companies their pay is well below average for an aerospace company they shower you with benifits to overcome your low pay
